7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, analysis, code, and materials published through this Service are the intellectual property of Trade Conclave and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and shall take place in Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
